We employ a large number of semi-skilled, skilled and experienced personnel from local areas nationwide and work closely with local employment companies. We pride ourselves on a very hands on management team that are always available for clients and employees. Our working ethics and ethos are reflected in our management team.
Our Team
Stevie Teare - Managing Director
Stevie Teare has been involved within the cleaning industry since 1981.
Stevie is the MD and has had the following roles of Area Manager, National Operations Manager, Sales and Marketing Manager, General Manager and Managing Director.
He has the following qualifications of DipHE, BA (hons), PASMA and MBICSc.
Stevie helped lead the CWC360 team in gaining ISO 9001/14001 and CHAS accreditation.
Stevie has cleaned, supervised, managed, and led in a vast array of cleaning matters.
The experience gained in implementing the running the contracts is second to none including TUPE regulations, training, inducting, auditing, managing, supervising, mentoring, reviewing, negotiating, recruiting – basically all aspects of cleaning management.
Steve Teare - Company Secretary
With over 50 years’ experience in the cleaning industry Steve is able to ensure the day-to-day operations of the business run smoothly and to its maximum productivity.
Andrew Hodson - Operations Director
Andrew has been working within the cleaning industry over the last 16 years. As an Area Manager he has looked after a large portfolio consisting of many high value accounts and clients.
Ensuring that all clients’ needs, and issues got dealt with right away. Andrew has also had to maintain the right number of staff on each contract via recruitment etc - make sure that all stock levels for cleaning products and consumables were kept at the right level. Deal with any wage and invoice queries. Also dealing with any additional works that any of the clients may have needed from start to finish (Builders cleans and Covid cleaning etc.)
Kath Fell - Office Manager
Kath has worked with CWC360 for over 15 years. In 1997 Kath obtained a BA Joint Honours Degree in Business Management and Information Technology.
Kath is also our Health & Safety advisor after obtaining in 2007 the NEBOSH Level 3 Certification in Occupational Health & Safety.
In 2012 Kath completed Quality Audit Training to ISO standard.
Justin Jackson - Deep Clean Specialist
Multi-skilled professional Foreman and Team Leader who knows and understands the machinery to the people.
More than 23 years’ experience and a valued member of the CWC360 family.
Lee Nilsen - Team Leader
Lee has been working in the cleaning industry for 10 years he has his IPAF accreditation and has great people skills managing to maintain and improve standards of customer service.
Whilst working for us we have found him able to identify and resolve all operational problems.
Phil Waring - Site Foreman
Ex forces Para Regt after leaving the army Phil has worked in many different fields but found his main stay with cwc360.
He has over 10 years’ experience using the pole fed reach and wash window cleaning system. In 2014 Phil obtained IPAF certification.
